BIM is an information modeling system that provides a reliable basis for making decisions during the building life cycle based on physical or functional characteristics in all areas of construction, converting existing 2D information into 3D modeling information through virtual architectural design and converting data base to pre-implementation of the construction process. Theme space provides 3D visualization services to the building owner during the planning process through BIM design, and proposes to reduce the life cycle cost of the building by predicting problems in the construction process in advance and utilizing basic data for efficient construction management, air shortening, construction calculation and maintenance.
